A 34-story office building in the heart of the burgeoning business district and housing many elite financial services and asset management companies, 40 West 57th Street completed a major renovation with a full re-cladding of the facade and storefront as part of it. The building, which overlooks Central Park and is considered prime business space, was reclad while occupied using EEWS aluminum composite attached to existing brick utilizing tube steel framework.
