Steps away from the Hudson River Waterfront, Main Street Lofts is a newly constructed residential and retail building in this revitalized area in Yonkers that is fast becoming the next trendy place to live. A primary focus of this project was to create the look of an old warehouse building in new construction. EEWS used a combination of brick, GFRC, and EIFS to create the look honoring the area’s 19th and 20th-century industrial heritage.
