This high-end city office complex features the original 8-story building abutted against an added elevator core and parking garage, which supports a newly constructed 6-story over-build. Over a 14-year redevelopment period, the structure evolved through multiple renovation phases. The modernization began with replacing the original 1960s glass curtain wall with a prefabricated granite exterior wall panel system, carefully designed to meet both performance and aesthetic standards required for contemporary commercial architecture.
The exterior wall panel fabrication involved precision-engineered cold rolled steel framing integrated with granite panels, ensuring long-term durability and seamless appearance. Matching the existing granite, EEWS demonstrated expert capabilities in exterior wall panel manufacturing, producing panels with tight tolerances and consistent coloration. Simultaneously, the parking garage was re-clad using aluminum composite panels in a modern screen wall configuration.
