Located on Fordham University’s Rose Hill Campus in the Bronx, the newly developed 1,546-space parking garage and intermodal transportation facility is a milestone in infrastructure advancement for both the university and the surrounding community. Designed with scalability and efficiency in mind, the five-story structure integrates state-of-the-art Exterior Wall Systems, combining architectural integrity with modern construction methods.

One of the most notable aspects of the project is the use of Exterior Wall Panels to harmonize the modern structure with the university’s historic architecture. By utilizing a thin-sawn granite veneer, the building achieves a sophisticated appearance that respects the visual heritage of the campus. These panels replicate the look and texture of hand-laid stone while offering modern performance benefits.

The project leveraged cutting-edge Exterior Wall Panel Fabrication methods to ensure precision, durability, and architectural authenticity. EEWS employed traditional stone masons to craft the granite panels, bringing artisanal expertise to a prefabricated setting.
