The retail base of this 12-story office tower is built above a Long Island Rail Road and NYC subway station with more than 380,000 square feet of retail space. For this major project, EEWS showcased its ability to adapt and work with different materials, specifically the use of a wire fabric screen which was a new and highly complex material. Working collaboratively, EEWS was able to attach the wire fabric screen to the EEWS panel allowing a critical component of the construction to be completed seamlessly.
