A variety of exterior finishes with a company that could handle the entire exterior enclosure was the need from the owner and contractor of this project for a multi-use residential and retail building. Working with EEWS prefabricated wall systems, the project featured a colorful mosaic using EIFS panels. The structure was completed with a granite base, slate wall shingles, aluminum composite and brick with the first three levels of retail space highlighted by brick, granite and limestone panels.
